Refund And Deposit Policy
To confirm a bookings a minimum deposit of the first nights accommodation for each and every booking must be paid.
This can be paid by cheque posted to Club Habitat NZ Ltd. PO Box 174 Turangi NZ. With the check please state Name of Booking, Arrival date, Type of accommodation, Number of nights, and any booking reference. Please ensure all cheques are made out to Club Habitat NZ Ltd and crossed as not negotiable.
Supply Credit card detail e.g. Type of credit card, Credit card No. Name shown on card, expiry date. The deposit will not be drawn unless you do not show up.

Cancellation Policy
Your continued custom and satisfaction, is of the highest importance to us.
If you provide 24Hrs notice of your intention to not take up your confirmed booking no charges will be made against your credit card and a refund of deposits paid will be organised. Any cancellations within 24Hrs of your arrival will be subject to a deduction equivalent to the firsts night’s cost of the booked accommodation this applies only if we are unable to on sell your specific accommodation.
All pre negotiated and signed agreements with associated and group providers of clients may be subject to differing “Refund and Deposit policy” and these will supersede this stated policy.
