SKIING MOUNT RUAPEHU
Club Habitat is just a short 20 minute drive from mount Ruapehu and Whakapapa the largest ski field in New Zealand. In the winter Skiers flock to the Central North Island to experience the wonderful skiing on offer.
At Club Habitat you are close to the Mountain and yet able to experience all of the other great attractions the region has to offer should the ski fields close due to bad weather. Hot pools, trout fishing, horse trekking, rafting and lots more activities can be enjoyed in and around Turangi.
